Shared Classroom (Hourly Usage)
We have one 8-pax classroom available for sharing.
Classroom for rent by hourly basis is suitable for private tutors who:
- are starting out on class tuition and do not have an existing student base
- only have time for class tuition once or twice a week
Rates for Shared Classroom
Off-Peak (Weekdays 9am to 5pm) @ S$15 per hour only
Peak (Weekdays 5pm to 10pm) @ S$20 per hour only
Super-Peak (Weekends 9am to 10pm) @ S$25 per hour only
Bulk discount is available for tutors who rent many hours per week. Please contact us to enquire.

Terms and Conditions for Shared Classroom
The tenant must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Minimum classroom rental period is 2 hours per slot.
Minimum classroom rental duration is six months.
For short term rental between 3 to 5 months, additional 20% surcharge is payable.
We regret that once-off rental or rental duration of less than 3 months will not be entertained.
Refundable deposit of S$500 or one month's rent, whichever is higher, will be collected upon signing of tenancy agreement.
Rental is calculated on an hourly basis but collected at the first week of each month based on 4-week month.

Exclusive Classroom (Unlimited Usage)
We have one 12-pax classroom and one 16-pax classroom available for exclusive rental.
Renting a classroom for unlimited usage is suitable for private tutors who:
- have experience in publicising for students and have a good existing student base
- are having classes for several times a week
- wish to have exclusive usage of the classroom as and when they like
Rates for Exclusive Classroom
Unlimited rates are from $1,400 to $1,600 per month, inclusive of utilities.

Terms and Conditions for Exclusive Classroom
The tenant must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Minimum classroom rental duration is twelve months (one year).
We regret that rental duration of less than twelve months will not be entertained.
Refundable deposit of one month's rent plus one month's rent will be collected upon signing of tenancy agreement.

Q. What is My Tuition Class?
A. My Tuition Class is a Singapore registered business providing affordable classroom rental. Our Business Registration Number is 53167964X.
Q. Are you a tuition centre with your own student base, and rent out remaining unused hours to other tutors?
A. We are not a tuition centre and we do not have any student base. All our tutors run their own tuition businesses. We only rent our premises to private tutors and charge them on usage. The tutors have absolute say in their teaching subjects, fees, administrative procedures, etc.
Q. Are your premises certified fire-safe for use as a tuition centre?
A. We take the safety of our tutors and students seriously. Please be rest assured that all our centres are FSSD approved by SCDF.
Q. Are there any admin staff to assist in taking attendance, collection of fees, etc?
A. To keep our prices low, we do not provide any admin staff. Tutors will be responsible for their own financial and administrative matters. Tutors will have key access to the premises so they need not depend on admin staff to open the centres for them.
Q. Do you provide publicity or advertising for tutors?
A. To keep our prices low, we do not provide marketing services. Tutors will be responsible for sourcing their own students.
Q. Am I able to rent a classroom if it's not for academic purposes?
A. Our premises are for educational purposes only. We allow art and craft lessons that do not need washing, such as origami and manga drawing. Filming, music, yoga, massage, sports and other non-academic purposes are not allowed.
